TIMEX IRONMAN® Run x50+ Firmware Update

Step 1: Prepare the Run x50+ for its Firmware Update:

• Press the MENU button
• Use the up or down arrows and the center button to select Settings → System → Software → USB Update

Step 2: Per the instructions on the Watch Display, connect the Run x50+ to your computer. Connect the clip to the WATCH first, and then connect the cable to the computer’s USB port.

Step 3: Click "Start Download" on the updater to download the new firmware.

Allow the file to completely load (should take approximately one minute) before refreshing the page or unplugging your device.
