The Timex Time Machines App is intended for educational and entertainment of children under 18 years of age. By providing the Timex App to a child, you represent and warrant to Timex and Us that you are authorized by such child’s parent or guardian to enable and permit Us to operate the App and collect and use the information from the child as stated herein.
