Offer is valid on purchases of Timex® watches, heart rate monitors, pedometers and speed/distance calculators at participating U.S. retailers made from November 15, 2009 – December 26, 2009. Visit www.timex.com/rebate to view a list of participating retailers. Purchases from online auctions are not eligible. Rebate forms must be postmarked by January 26, 2010. Rebate forms postmarked or received after applicable dates, incomplete submissions, and illegible submissions will be returned as ineligible. Timex is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail-in rebate forms. Limit one rebate per product purchased, with maximum of two rebates per household. A street address is required to receive your rebate and no refunds will be made to a PO Box. Completed forms must be accompanied by legible copies of dated sales receipt and product upc code/proof of purchase. Timex reserves the right to request additional information regarding submitted claims. False information shall disqualify any claim, making it subject to review under U.S. Postal Regulations. Violators may be prosecuted. Timex reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time. Only purchases made by an end-user customer or commercial business from a participating authorized Timex reseller in the United States and its territories are valid. Rebate checks will only be mailed to the United States, U.S. territories, and U.S. military bases. Purchases made by Timex resellers and internal Timex orders are ineligible. Rebate checks shall be mailed within 60 days of receipt of valid rebate requests. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
